Isarsoft and FIMA to Provide Lithuanian Airports with QMS

Isarsoft and FIMA announce the forthcoming delivery of a Queue Management System (QMS) to Lithuanian Airports. The QMS by Isarsoft and FIMA has convinced Lithuanian Airports in a competitive international tender. Set for deployment in 2024, the system will be implemented at the airports in Vilnius (VNO), Kaunas (KUN), and Palanga (PLQ) spanning multiple check-in, security and pass control areas. For Lithuanian Airports the project is part of the 2052 long-term master plan which includes the construction of the new departure terminal (T4) as the first milestone.

The Queue Management System (QMS) by Isarsoft and FIMA leverages AI Video Analytics to enhance operational efficiency and the passenger experience across the airports operated by Lithuanian Airports, including Vilnius (VNO), Kaunas (KUN), and Palanga (PLQ). By providing operational insights the system allows to optimize passenger flow and reduce wait times hence improve the travel experience.

Collaboration between Isarsoft and FIMA

The partnership between Isarsoft and FIMA is paramount for the project's success.

The Queue Management System (QMS) is installed and integrated into the airport’s IT and security camera infrastructure by FIMA.
